This card comes with both regular and low profile brackets.

All you need is a PC, a satellite dish aimed at the satellite you want, a cable, and you are set. (An old Sky dish works great for Freeview service).

Very sensitive tuner is great for receiving harder channels - like Chinasat 6b. Got a clear picture where I did not even get a lock with my previous cards.

Included software offers scheduled recording and time shifting function, preview, Teletext where  supported, EPG where supported and stereo.

Answers to Common Questions:

1. Card can pick up Freeview from a normal Sky dish. They can also pick up other
channels on other satellite dishes with  the appropriate dish and lnb.
2. Card can NOT be used to get Sky, even if you are a subscriber.
3. I am not sure if the software comes with  Optus D1 preprogrammed. You may need
to add the satellite details in.
