Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We will typically ship items within 2 working days.  (Normally the same day).    Items shipped within New Zealand are typically shipped by Courier Post.   We can also dispatch overseas.  If you require items to be sent overseas, please contact us for a quote for shipping.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases.  Our products come with a 12 month warrenty.   In the unlikely event an item is faulty or not suitable for purpose, we will will typically refund the item (less the cost of shipping).   If we need to dispatch a replacement for a faulty item, we will pay return shipping to the user.    

If an item is being returned because it is not suitable for purpose, it needs to be returned in its original condition.
